Their food is the best mexican food around here and their employees are always so friendly.

We love this place! The waiters are super friendly and the food is delicious and plentiful for the price. Our only suggestion would be that the bathrooms could use a little work and the floor is slick. Otherwise, we definitely recommend.

This is me and my wife's favorite Mexican. We think it is the best Mexican restaurant in all of Kansas city. It's a little far from the city but well worth the trip! Not only is the food great, the drinks are awesome too!

The wife, kids and I love to stop in, also at times my father, service and food are always great, never had any issues, my father told me he was just in the other evening and smoking has been banned, I kno that'll stop him from going. I myself am a smoker and while it's nice to be able to smoke after my meal without going outside, this hasn't stopped me from going to specific places.

Awesome and attentive staff, great food. We go here at least once a month. Try it you will love it!

Love this place! They make you feel like family!

This is the first time I've ever walked out of a place within 3 minutes of arriving. Table was half-ass cleaned, there was a lime wedge against the salt and pepper shakers. Seats were in the same state and the wall in our booth was splattered with food. Open my menu and was greeted to salsa. Ask for another and guess what? Food smashed in it. If the basics in plain sight are like this, you know the kitchen must be in awesome shape....there are way too many mex restaurants in a short drive away to throw my money at.

My sweetheart and I are semi regulars here, and she sometimes goes for lunch when I'm at work, too. She usually orders the same thing. The other day we got to the restaurant and parked right outside the door. She was on the phone a few minutes before we went in. We were amazed to see her "usual" already prepared for her at the table. I vary it up bit so they hadn't set my place, but I was served very quickly once I ordered. Great bunch and very attentive, they care for their customers and create relationships!

Food was good, service could use some improvement in attentiveness but very friendly.

The service is reliably good, the unlimited chips and salsa are tasty and comparable to any other restaurant of this type. I love the burrito rio going grande, my other half always orders some delicious thing that comes with a chorizo mixture and little tortillas to pack it into. Shrimp skewers are sometimes a good option for my picky kid and cheap too.

The best! The BEST! THE BEST! The food is AMAZING! I can be adventurous here because everything is so good. You must come on taco Tuesdays, talk about eating until your heart is content! The chips and salsa, quesadillas, chimichangas, and the margaritas are my favorite and I recommend them if you are not sure what to order.

Reliable good food served quickly and at reasonable cost

Best place to get a great Steak Jalisco.

The one star is for the manager. If you are a regular customer then you have noticed how much turn over they have on their wait staff. This is because the manager keeps all their tips for the day. He divides it between him (the manager) the guy who brings the food to your table (which is not a waiter) and the 2 Waiter's. That's 2 waiter's tips divided by 4. So they work tables all day and night for $50 or $60 dollars per waiter. If you question what i am saying, ask the waiters. The manager tells them if you don't like it find another place to work! So they leave and you see another smiling face who has been told they will make at least $600 a week in tips easy. That is true but they don't get told that their money has to be shared 4 ways!

Tasty food. We were seated immediately. Our order was delivered within 10 minutes! Hot, fresh and good.

Imma give you four stars, because I really like the place, but for the love of god, have horchata available. It is inexcusable to be running a mexican restaurant and not be able to bring me a glass of horchata! Get it together! It's water and rice and sugar! I know you have it in the back! BRING ME HORCHATA!

I think i/we have found our new favorite taco Tuesday place. Excellent quality tacos for only $1 😄

Good food fair price

My favorite Chili Relanos I've ever had! And their tamales are amazing! And to top it all off, all the waiters are super nice!

The food is so good. The place is clean, and the staff are so kind and curtious. You get large portions of great food.

I loved this restaurant until today. Order #1 which is taco and 2 enchiladas. The taco was fine, but enchiladas were just beef rolled up in a dry corn tortilla. There was no flavor or cheese . The sauce tasted like it came out of a can, awful. The rice that came with this, awful. This use to come with beans and some lettuce on the side with cheese melted on beans. Will probably never go back. Very disappointed.

By far the best Mexican food in Pleasant Hill. Friendly service, and fabulous margaritas. I would rank it on par with any taqueria in any major city.

Bland food. Filthy kitchen and restaurant. Its popular because its the only place in town. Skip this go elsewhere.

Check your bill! They put somebody else's pina colada on my tab and charged for an extra beer that my husband didn't order. Other friends have had the same experience of extras being tacked on their bill.

It was a terrible experience. There were 5 of us & only one got what they ordered. When we complained, the manager didn't care to make it right. The server didn't speak very good English at all. We won't be back.

This restaurant has some of the nicest people and the best food I've ever had. They'll get your food fast and accurately, and it will taste better than almost all the other restaurants around.

Changed management, food taste and quality about the same, level of personal service was not like it had been previously, for us at least.
